Suresh Kumar Raina is a former Indian cricket player who holds the record for being the first Indian to score a century in each format of the game in international cricket. After retiring from all forms of international and domestic cricket, Raina has participated in the T10 league and has an interest in participating in the SA 20, a South African franchise-based T20 league. The southpaw is considered one of the greatest white-ball middle-order batsmen of the modern era, and as of 2023, his estimated Net Worth is set to be $25 million (INR 200 Crores).

Suresh Raina Salary

Following his retirement from Indian cricket, Raina was signed by the Deccan Gladiators in the Abu Dhabi T10 league held in 2022. The team went on to win the trophy and Raina played a key role in it. Also, after remaining unsold in the 2022 IPL auction, Raina was roped in as a commentator for the tournament. He was recently hired as an analyst for the 2023 IPL auction.

Being a popular public figure, Raina is often paid by companies to promote their products. He has over 22 million followers on Instagram, 20.7 million on Twitter and 6 million on Facebook. Endorsements are a huge source of income for the former Indian cricketer.

In recent times. Raina has also become an entrepreneur and an investor. As a part of cross endorsement deals with the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings, Suresh Raina had also endorsed brands like Jio, Muthoot Group, India Cements, Nippon, HIL, Frooti and Peter England.

He was the brand ambassador of Fantain and made around INR 7 crore from his deals. Currently, he is the brand ambassador for BharatPe, Elista, Howzat and Booking.com

Suresh Raina lives in a luxurious bungalow in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, his home town which is priced at INR 18 crore. The house has been designed like a cottage and the interiors are indicative of a minimalistic, less-sophisticated approach. It has a huge green backyard, a beautiful wooden porch and a palatial balcony with a mesmerizing view.

Like all other cricketers, Suresh Raina is a fan of cars as well and he has inducted various cars into his collection. These cars include a two seater Porsche Boxster, Mahindra Thar, Audi Q7, Ford Mustang and a Mini Cooper in Magenta shade.

He is also a proud owner of one of the latest trending cars among cricketers, owning a Range Rover, along with a Mercedes Benz GLE 350D. He also has a BMW in his collection, although he rarely uses it.

Suresh Raina Early Life

Suresh Raina started playing cricket at the age of 14 years and subsequently left his home town of Ghaziabad for Lucknow, where he joined the Guru Gobind Singh Sports College. Soon he became the captain of the U16 team of Uttar Pradesh and went on to play for India in the U17 and U19 teams.

He also scored 3 half centuries in the 2004 U19 World Cup and went to Australia to train in cricket, after he was awarded the Border Gavaskar Scholarship. He returned to become a part of the national squad in 2005 itself.
