Yuvraj Singh Early Life
Yuvraj Singh was born on 12 December 1981 in Chandigarh, Punjab to Shabnam Singh and Yograj Singh. His father Yograj, is also a former Indian cricketer. The young boy took up various sports like tennis and roller skating. He is a national roller skating champion at the U14 level. He pursued his primary and secondary level education in DAV Public School, Chandigarh. He has also appeared as a child artist in a couple of Punjabi movies.
His father was stubborn and decided that Yuvraj will be taking up cricket just like he did, and that is what led to the Indian nation being gifted with a diamond cricketer. After his parents split due to personal reasons, he decided to stay with his mother Shabnam in Chandigarh.
