One of the best limited-overs all-rounders of the modern era, Shane Watson was the perfect package for white-ball cricket. Watson had powerful batting skills, could work spin and pace with equal ease apart from being a gifted medium-pacer.
Like the majority of all-rounders, he also started his international career in the middle order before finally being moved up as an opener. It was whilst batting at the top of the innings that he made some of his most deadly knocks - notably the semi-final and the final of the 2009 Champions Trophy, where Watson practically took Australia single-handedly to the title.

Shane Watson only recently launched his T20 Stars cricket gear.
As much as he is on a campaign to take the financial pull out of cricket, the series is also a passion project for an old pro who has always been very picky about what bats and gear must look and feel like.
