Undisputed WWE Championship
The WWE Championship has been WWE's premier title since the company's inception. Over the years, the championship has been unified and merged with other titles. At WrestleMania 38, then-Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated then-WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to unify the two titles, which was then known as the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The title was called the Undisputed WWE Championship after Roman Reigns dropped it at WrestleMania XL. As of January 2025, the Undisputed WWE Champion is Cody Rhodes, in his first reign with the title.

World Heavyweight Championship
The World Heavyweight Championship is the top reward for male superstars competing on the RAW brand, as the Undisputed WWE Championship has been drafted exclusively to SmackDown. The title was revealed in April 2023, and the inaugural champion, Seth Rollins, was crowned in May 2023 via a tournament. As of January 2025, the World Heavyweight Champion is Gunther, who won the WWE King of the Ring 2024 and earned himself a match for the title at SummerSlam 2024, where he defeated Damian Priest.

WWE Women's Championship
For the female division of the blue brand, the WWE Women's Championship was the ultimate prize. Formerly known as the WWE Women's Championship, the title was renamed following the WWE Draft in 2016. It was named the WWE Women's Championship again in 2023 when the champion was shifted to SmackDown. As of January 2025, Tiffany Stratton is the champion.

Women's World Championship
The female athletes of the Blue brand fight for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. Owing to the brand split in 2016, the title came into existence, and Becky Lynch was crowned as the first-ever champion. Rhea Ripley is the champion, as of January 2025, after she defeated Liv Morgan on RAW's debut episode on Netflix.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
The second most important WWE title on SmackDown is the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Since its inception in 1979, the title has evolved to be a championship for the 'workhorses' of the company. As of Jan 2025, Bron Breakker is the WWE Intercontinental Champion in his second reign with the title.

WWE United States Championship
Following the purchase of WCW, the US title became a part of WWE. It is the secondary singles title for the Men's division in WWE and is the equivalent to the Men's Intercontinental Championship. Shinsuke Nakamura is the WWE United States Champion in his third title reign, as of January 2025.

World Tag Team Championship
The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship was split back into the RAW Tag Team Championship and SmackDown Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania XL after the two titles were retrieved by two different teams in a ladder match. On the April 15, 2024, episode of RAW, the title was renamed the World Tag Team Championship. As of Jan 2025, the World Tag Team Champions are The War Raiders, the tag team of Erik and Ivar.

WWE Tag Team Championship

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship
In early 2019, WWE introduced the tag team titles for its women's division. It is not exclusive to any brand and can be defended across both RAW and SmackDown. In 2023, the title was unified with the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship and is now the topmost prize for the female tag team division of all three brands. The titles are held by Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair. As of January 2025, Cargill is injured and out of WWE and is replaced as champion by Naomi. However, WWE still considers Jade to be the official champion.

WWE Women's United States Championship
In November 2024, WWE introduced a secondary title for the female roster. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis introduced the WWE United States Women's Championship to fans at SmackDown as a secondary title for the main roster. As of Jan 2025, the title is with Chelsea Green.

NXT Championship
NXT is now termed the third brand of WWE after RAW and SmackDown, and for its male roster, the NXT Championship is the top title. Since its inception in 2012, there have been 17 different champions with most of them heading into the red and blue brands following their title reign. Oba Femi is the holder of the title, as of January 2025.

NXT North American Championship

The WWE Speed Championship is a new championship introduced for WWE's latest programming - Speed. It is a fast-paced broadcast made specifically for X, formerly known as Twitter. The matches on Speed last for a maximum of three minutes, while the title matches on the card can go up to five minutes each.
