Undisputed WWE Championship

The WWE Championship has been WWE's premier title since the company's inception. Over the years, the championship has been unified and merged with other titles. At WrestleMania 38, then-Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated then-WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to unify the two titles, known as the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The title was the Undisputed WWE Championship after Roman Reigns dropped it at WrestleMania XL. As of April 2025, the Undisputed WWE Champion is John Cena. This marked Cena's 17th World Title, which is the most, surpassing Ric Flair's 16 title reigns.

World Heavyweight Championship

The World Heavyweight Championship is the top reward for male superstars competing on the RAW brand, as the Undisputed WWE Championship has been drafted exclusively to SmackDown. The title was revealed in April 2023, and the inaugural champion, Seth Rollins, was crowned in May 2023 via a tournament. As of April 2025, the World Heavyweight Champion is Jey Uso in his first reign. He went on to defeat former champion Gunther at WrestleMania 41 Night 1.

WWE Women's Championship

For SmackDown's female division, the WWE Women's Championship was the ultimate prize. Formerly known as the WWE Women's Championship, the title was renamed following the WWE Draft in 2016. The WWE Women's Championship was renamed in 2023 when the champion was shifted to SmackDown. As of March 2025, Tiffany Stratton is the champion.

Women's World Championship

The female athletes of the Blue brand fight for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. The title came into existence after the brand split in 2016, and Becky Lynch was crowned as the first-ever champion. Iyo Sky is the champion as of March 2025. She defeated Rhea Ripley on the March 3 episode of RAW.

WWE Intercontinental Championship

The second most important WWE title on SmackDown is the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Since its inception in 1979, the title has evolved to be a championship for the 'workhorses' of the company. As of April 2025, Dominik Mysterio is the WWE Intercontinental Champion in his first reign. He won the title at WrestleMania 41 Night 2 in a fatal four-way match.

WWE United States Championship

Following the purchase of WCW, the US title became a part of WWE. It is the secondary singles title for the Men's division in WWE and is equivalent to the Men's Intercontinental Championship. Jacob Fatu is the WWE United States Champion in his first title reign as of April 2025. He defeated LA Knight at WrestleMania 41 Night 1 to win the title.

World Tag Team Championship

The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship was split back into the RAW Tag Team Championship and SmackDown Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania XL after the two titles were retrieved by two teams in a ladder match. On April 15, 2024, the episode of RAW, the title was renamed the World Tag Team Championship. As of April 2025, the World Tag Team Champions are The New Day, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in their first reign. They defeated The War Raiders at WrestleMania 41 Night 1.

WWE Tag Team Championship

The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship was split back into the RAW Tag Team Championship and SmackDown Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania XL after the two titles were retrieved by two different teams in a ladder match. On March 14, 2025, in the episode of SmackDown, the titleholders were changed as The Street Profits defeated the former champs #DIY (Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano) to win the title for the second time.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

In early 2019, WWE introduced tag team titles for its women's division. The titles are not exclusive to any brand and can be defended across both RAW and SmackDown. In 2023, the title was unified with the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship and is now the top prize for the female tag team division of all three brands. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez hold the titles as of April 2025. They defeated Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria in a rematch at the RAW after WrestleMania on April 21, 2025.

WWE Women's United States Championship

In November 2024, WWE introduced a secondary title for the female roster. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis introduced the WWE United States Women's Championship to fans at SmackDown as a secondary title for the main roster. As of March 2025, the title is with Chelsea Green.

WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship

The WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship is a secondary women's title in WWE, exclusively defended on the Raw brand, alongside SmackDown's WWE Women's United States Championship. Introduced before the November 25, 2024, episode of Raw, the inaugural champion, Lyra Valkyria, claimed the title by defeating Dakota Kai in a tournament final on January 13, 2025.

NXT Championship

NXT is now termed the third brand of WWE after RAW and SmackDown, and for its male roster, the NXT Championship is the top title. NXT Women's North American Championship

The NXT Women's North American Championship is a secondary championship for the female roster of NXT. It is the women's equivalent of the NXT North American Championship. Sol Ruca holds the title in her first reign as of April 2025. Stephanie Vaquer previously held it, but it vacated as she also held the Women's Championship on NXT. Ruca won the vacated title at NXT Stand & Deliver 2025 in a ladder match against Izzi Dame, Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice, Thea Hail, and Zaria.
