WWE Hall of Fame 2024
The WWE Hall of Fame is a hall of fame of Professional Wrestlers that is maintained by the WWE. Originally, the WWE Hall of Fame ceremonies originally were held by the WWE King of The Ring. In 1996, It was held before the Survivor Series Event. For reasons unknown, the WWE Hall of Fame went into hiatus until 2004. In 2004, As WrestleMania 20 was about to start, WWE relaunched the WWE Hall of Fame. It was not broadcast on Television. From 2015, The WWE Hall of Ceremonies were shown live on the WWE Network.
The WWE Hall of Fame initially only inducted individual, groups and tag teams. This was expanded to Celebrities and the Legacy wing. After the Ultimate Warrior's Death, WWE announced the Warrior Award for individuals that exhibited strength and perseverance that embodies the spirit of the Ultimate Warrior, with the first being presented at the WWE Hall of Fame 2015 ceremony. The first recipient was late eight year old fan Connor Michalek.

Hall of Fame 2024 ceremony - Date, Time and Venue
The Hall of Fame 2024 ceremony took place on April 5, 2024. It took place one night before the Night One of WrestleMania XL which was held on April 6 and 7, 2024 in the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennslyvania.

Paul Heyman (By Roman Reigns)
Paul Heyman was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame 2024 as the headliner. It was announced on March 4, 2024, by WWE on its Social Media handles. It is not revealed who will induct the iconic manager into the Hallowed Hall. Heyman is widely considered to be one of the greatest workers in professional wrestling history.
He was a former manager and commentator in American Wrestling Association and World Championship Wrestling before both were acquired by the WWE. He was also the owner and the show-runner of Extreme Championship Wrestling before its acquisition by WWE. After WWE's acquisition, Heyman continued to work as the brain behind ECW on WWE TV. Heyman has also served as the General Manager of Friday Night SmackDown. He is best known for his work as manager of some of the biggest names in WWE. He has most prominently managed Brock Lesnar, Big Show, CM Punk, Rob Van Dam, Kurt Angle, Steve Austin, Rick Rude, Arn Anderson, Roman Reigns and The Bloodline. Heyman is best known for his time with Lesnar and Reigns.
Bull Nakano (By Madusa)
Bull Nakano is a former Japanese professional wrestler who is considered to be one of the pioneers in female wrestling. During the time when there were not many female wrestlers in the scene, Nakano was a prominent name in the Japan wrestling circuits. She also had a stint with WWF in 1994 where she won the WWF Women's Championship. WWE also recognizes her as having won titles in Japan, Mexico, and United States.
The U.S. Express - Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda
The US Express is a tag team composed of brother-in-laws Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda, the father of Bo Dallas and the late Bray Wyatt. The US Express were announced to be an inductee into the 2024 Hall of Fame in March, making Windham a two-time WWE Hall of Famer. He was already inducted into the HoF in 2012 as a member of the Four Horseman. The duo is a two-time WWF Tag Team Champion.
Muhammad Ali (By The Undertaker)
Muhammad Ali is a name that needs no introduction to any sports enthusiast. Known simply as "The Greatest', Ali is one of the most important figures in all of sports of all times. While he deserves every bit of praise he gets, people wonder why Muhammad Ali is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame?
Beyond boxing, Muhammad Ali ventured into the world of professional wrestling. In 1976, he participated in a much-talked-about exhibition match, "The War of the Worlds," against Japanese wrestling legend Antonio Inoki. This unique event took place at the Nippon Budokan arena in Tokyo. Ali's link to wrestling continued. He appeared as a guest of honor in 1996 when Inoki faced Ric Flair in a North Korean pay-per-view event. Two years later, Ali was present for Inoki's final fight, even presenting him with flowers in the ring.
Ali also made a notable appearance in professional wrestling history. He served as a special guest referee for the main event at the very first WrestleMania in 1985. This iconic match featured Hulk Hogan and Mr. T teaming up against the villainous duo of "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff.
Thunderbolt Patterson (By Scott Spears)
Thunderbolt Patterson, real name Claude Patterson (born 1941), is former American professional wrestler who was active from 1964 to 1994. He wrestled primarily in the southeastern United States, capturing championships like the NWA Brass Knuckles Championship and the NWA Florida Heavyweight Championship.
Patterson gained recognition for his charisma and mic skills, drawing inspiration from Black Southern preachers. He is considered a significant influence on future generations of wrestlers. His career was also marked by advocacy for wrestlers' rights and challenging racial barriers in the industry. On March 13, 2024, WWE announced that Patterson will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame 2024.
Lia Maivia (By The Rock)
Lia Maivia is one of the first female promoters in all of professional wrestling. She was the wife of Peter Maivia and the grandmother of WWE Legend The Rock. Maivia passed away in 2008 and is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame posthumously by Dwayne Johnson.
Who was Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2023?
Rey Mysterio headlined the Class of 2023. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame by Konnan. The other superstars who were inducted into the hallowed hall were The Great Muta by Ric Flair, and Stacy Keibler by Mick Foley and Torrie Wilson. Andy Kaufman was inducted as a celebrity by Jerry 'The King' Lawler and Jimmy Hart. Tim White got the Warrior Award from JBL and Ron Simmons.
