Washington Commanders Depth Chart

NFC Championship Game: Washington Commanders v Philadelphia EaglesSource: Getty Images

The Washington Commanders, who reached the NFC Championship Game in the 2023-24 season for the first time in more than three decades, saw a turnaround for ages. After a historic start to Jayden Daniels' era, the Commanders would be looking to build on the success in 2025.

Dan Quinn will be returning with the same offensive and defensive coordinators, Kliff Kingsbury and Joe Whitt Jr., for the second straight year. Kingsbury’s return would give Daniels continuity on offense, which is essential for a young quarterback. Under Dan Quinn and Jayden Daniels' leadership, the Commanders have established themselves as the major threat to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.

What is the Washington Commanders' depth chart for 2025-26?

Commanders GM, Adam Peters, did not waste any time in surrounding Daniels with talent as soon as the offseason hit. He first traded for offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil and wide receiver Deebo Samuel. Commanders fans would hope that Tunsil’s veteran presence and investment in 2025 first-round pick Josh Conerly Jr. would keep Daniels upright after the team gave up 50 sacks last season, per Statmuse.

Washington also addressed its bottom-three run defense from last season (via FOX Sports) by bringing in defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw and signing him to a 3-year deal, per Spotrac.
