Mayank Yadav: A Brief Biography
Born on June 17, 2002, Mayank Prabhu Yadav is a bowler hailing from New Delhi. He is a right-arm fast bowler and a right-handed batter. He plays for Delhi in the domestic circuit and the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Yadav has shown promise on the horizon with his raw and rustic pace at the IPL. He has the ability to clock at 90 mph+ at regular intervals and has touched the mark of 97.3 mph in IPL 2024. His sheer pace at will can do a world of good if he bowls disciplined lines and lengths.
The 22-year-old speedster can be a great asset not only for the Indian setup but also for the sport in itself. With great power comes great responsibility, similarly, the great pace comes with a cost of injury concerns and Yadav has been injury-prone, to say the least.
