Kuldeep Sen: A Brief Biography
Kuldeep Sen is a young Indian fast bowler who is known for his impressive pace and ability to generate bounce. Hailing from Madhya Pradesh, he gained attention during the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL), where he represented Rajasthan Royals. Kuldeep made headlines from his debut season, with his pace hitting over 140 km/h regularly. He later made his International debut with an ODI in the same year he stepped into the IPL.

Kuldeep Yadav Career
Kuldeep Sen started his domestic cricket career in November 2018 in Ranji Trophy. Kuldeep became the second-highest wicket-taker for Madhya Pradesh in his very first Ranjit season, after which he got the opportunity to make his debut in the Vijay Hazare and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy the next year.
Due to his consistency in the domestic circuit, Kuldeep got a chance to make his IPL debut for Rajasthan Royals in the 2022 IPL. Kuldeep did not get many wickets in his first IPL season, but his bowling pace was enough to catch the eye of the national selectors.
Kuldeep played his first and only ODI in December 2022. In this match against Bangladesh, Kuldeep took two wickets for 37 runs in five overs, but despite this performance, Kuldeep is still looking forward to playing his second international match.
Kuldeep Sen Dometic Career
Kuldeep Sen played his first match at the domestic level in the Ranji Trophy against Tamil Nadu on 1 November 2018. In this match, Kuldeep Sen did not get a single wicket, but by the end of the season, Kuldeep became the second-highest wicket-taker for Madhya Pradesh. He took 24 wickets in eight matches of his first Ranji season.
The following year in September 2019, Kuldeep Sen played his first domestic List A match against Tripura in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Kuldeep was the highest wicket-taker for Madhya Pradesh in the 2022 Vijay Hazare Trophy and the third-highest wicket-taker in the entire tournament with 18 wickets in six games.
Kuldeep Sen made his debut in the domestic T20 trophy Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in February 2019 against Mumbai where he managed to get a wicket. Kuldeep has so far participated in a total of 20 First Class matches and 13 List A matches at the domestic level, in which he has taken a total of 55 wickets in First Class and a total of 25 wickets in List A.
Kuldeep Sen IPL Career
Due to his consistently good performances at the domestic level, Rajasthan Royals bought Kuldeep Sen for INR 20 lakh for IPL 2022. After this, he played his first IPL match against Lucknow Supergiants at Wankhede Stadium on 10 April 2022.
Deepak Hooda of Lucknow Super Giants became Kuldeep Sen's first IPL wicket. Kuldeep Sen took 8 wickets in a total of seven matches in his first IPL season, out of which he also had a four-wicket haul in his name which he achieved against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Before the 2023 IPL, Rajasthan retained Kuldeep Sen at his base price and he got only two matches in his bag that year in which he bowled a total of three overs and failed to take a single wicket.
In the 2024 IPL, Rajasthan Royals once again retained him at his base price, and this time he got to play one more game than last time, in which he made an excellent comeback and took three wickets against Gujarat Titans in his first match of the season.
In 2024, Kuldeep Sen took 6 wickets in three matches with an economy of 10.5. Despite taking wickets continuously, Kuldeep Sen did not get many chances due to his inability to control Runs.

Due to Kuldeep Sen's pace bowling in the IPL, he was included in India's one-day team for the Bangladesh tour in 2022.
